TransparentRETS is compatible with ALL complaint RETS 1.5 and RETS 1.7 servers. The Map below is simply a list that indicates if we have pulled data from a particular MLS before. If your MLS is not listed do not worry as long as they have a RETS 1.5 or RETS 1.7 compliant server TransparentRETS can import from them.

Northwest MLS (NWMLS)
- RETS Compatability: We have not tested our Application with this particular MLS, however their vendor's RETS server is known to work with our software.
Notes: This MLS is very large and does not provide images in a compressed format for there IDX FTP feed. Client's should be advised that they will need a large VPS or dedicated server and that nightly updates will take around 3 hours to run. Additional fees will apply for hosted and HandHeld Installs due to the large size of this MLS.

Notes: In Dec 06 this MLS's IDX feed was determined to be incompatible with our IDXManager product. This may change if the MLS changes they IDX feed and we encourage you to either complete the data evaluation or ask your MLS for RETS access and use our TransparentRETS product instead.
Is Your MLS Not Listed?
If your MLS is not listed on our map for RETS Support it just means we haven't tested it yet for compatibility with our Open-Realty® add-ons.
To see if your RETS feed is compatible with our TransparentRETS developer add-on for Open-Realty®, please contact our Sales Team. All RETS 1.5 or 1.7 compliant RETS feeds are compatible.
Our MLS connectivity add-ons for Open-Realty® are compatible with many MLS services and we are adding new ones to our list of compatible MLS boards every day.
