TransparentRETS is compatible with ALL complaint RETS 1.5 and RETS 1.7 servers. The Map below is simply a list that indicates if we have pulled data from a particular MLS before. If your MLS is not listed do not worry as long as they have a RETS 1.5 or RETS 1.7 compliant server TransparentRETS can import from them.

Notes: 1. All listings must be imported into a single property class, as the MLS provides all the listings within a single data file, instead of one file per property class.
2. Only recent listing photos are provided by FTP as of our testing date, so the MLS will need to be contacted regarding obtaining any older photos, and these would need to be uploaded manually to the IDXManager and a manual task executed to import them one time.
3. Only the daily primary photo archive can be downloaded by the add-on.
4. This MLS regularly contains approx 40K listings. A dedicated server with at least 2GB of RAM is recommended for best performance

If your MLS is not listed on our map for RETS Support it just means we haven't tested it yet for compatibility with our Open-Realty® add-ons.
