The IDXManager addon for Open-Realty is very adaptable, and can be quickly and easily configured to work with many different IDX repositories that are provided by various National MLS software vendors. The IDXManager addon can even connect successfully to some "homegrown" IDX solutions. However, there are as many different ways of arranging and providing IDX listing information as there are MLS organizations in the US. Because of the inconsistencies between different MLS systems, we cannot guarantee that your particular MLS is providing their IDX information in a format we already know how to use. Unless we have already successfully used the IDXManager addon with your MLS's IDX repository, we have to take a quick look at how your MLS is doing things to see if they are compatible. We are happy to evaluate your IDX's data completely free of charge or obligation to you.

Please note that you may have to be a Broker/Office already participating in your local IDX program to obtain some if not all of the items needed for the evaluation. If you are working on behalf of a Broker/Office, your client may need to get you some of this information.
