These changes make TransparentRETS one of only five clients to pass RETS compliance testing  for both versions 1.5 and 1.7 of the RETS specification. This latest version of TransparentRETS includes many other positive changes that are all designed to make pulling IDX data from your MLS’s RETS server easier.

TransparentRETS 1.2 customers can now write their own advanced RETS search queries which will allow for more relevant listing data to be imported into Open-Realty and displayed to their target consumer. Customers can also pull listing photo descriptions into Open-Realty with RETS servers that provide a Content-Description with the images.
